These particles act as highly effective chip breakers, boosting the material's machinability rating to 85% (relative to Free-Cutting Brass at 100%).
Crucially, this modification is achieved with minimal impact on electrical performance. C14500 retains up to 93% to 98% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) conductivity.
